Anyway, my specific critiques:
-His shoulders are too thin. An average guy's shoulders are about 3 head widths wide. I made his shoulders a *little* bit smaller than that in my redline since he looks like he's kind of a thin guy, but if you make the shoulders any thinner than what I've done then the character will start to look really feminine.
-It's a good idea to study human anatomy even if you only plan on drawing anthros. This site might help you out, BUT the anatomy is highly idealized, so you should only use it for muscle help: [link] If you want a really good reference for human anatomy, I recommend getting Andrew Loomis' art books. You can get them for free here: [link]
-The muzzle is too thick for a wolf. To get over this, I recommend that you study wolf and dog faces from real life and from photos. Here's a good tutorial that that might help you out too: [link] I really like how they simplify and place the muzzle.
-Wolf/dog noses can be simplified down to squares. Triangular noses (like the one you've drawn here) are more feline in nature.
-The jaw is too big and thick. Wolves tend to have much thinner lower jaws.
Hope that helped you!
